MH Coat 309 is well formulated comentitious base coat, suitable in hiding imperfect drywall taping jobs. It gives the wall a smoother plaster-like appearance, helps to smooth out cross-hatching/ hairline-cracking on dry wall surfaces and fill deep scratches or holes. We believe through our products research and quality enhancement brings out a better bonding strength of base coat layer.

Directions to Use

Mix Ratio

Add a 40kg of Base Coat 309 to approximately 11.2 - 12.8 litres of clean water or 2.5 parts of Base Coat 309 to 1 part of water by volume. Use an electrical mixer to stir for 5 minutes to obtain a homogenous paste of suitable consistency and it is ready for this palstering.

Surface Preparation

Ensure the applied substrate is even and remove all dust, oil, grease and etc. Any free surface water must be removed before application.

Application

Apply the properly mixed Base Coat 309 material following normal plastering trade and craftsman practices. As Base Coat 309 is a thin plaster, do not apply more than 5mm per coat.
