+60 16 40030030As founder of Nilai Mayang, Mr. Nyow brings a wealth of business and technology experience to Nilai Mayang. Starting as a plastering contractor in the early 1960's he led a team of professionals to establish Nilai Mayang in 1995. As Managing Director, Mr. Nyow is responsible for spearheading strategic directions for the company. Together with the management team, he leads, oversees and directs operations and sales as well as development activities and projects.
Mr. Nyew joined Nilai Mayang in 1999 as the Operational Manager of the Maintenance & Services Department. He has more than 40 years of experience in machinery research. Mr. Nyew’s area of expertise is in modifying and improving quality of machinery. In 2002, Mr. Nyew was promoted to Assistant Managing Director to help the Managing Director oversee the company’s operations. Prior to joining Nilai Mayang, Mr. Nyew was part of the technical support team at The Lion Group supervising operation and production in the factory.
Mr. Tai has been working as a building contractor since the 1960's. Owing to his experience & skills in the construction industry, Mr Nyow invited him to be a business partner of Nilai Mayang in 1995. Besides being a Director, Mr. Tai also acts as a consultant of Nilai Mayang.
Mr. Lim joined Nilai Mayang in 1995 as Project Site Supervisor managing and supervising plastering projects at the sites. In December 2007, Mr. Lim was promoted as Branch Manager based in Johor Bharu. He manages the branch's projects and is responsible for sales and maintenance of client's accounts.
