NM430 Mortar Pump Machine is assembled and receives technological support by Taiwan. It is a combination of 3 main components, which included Main Pump, Mixer, Square Hopper and other accessories. Our machine can helps the building and construction in dusty to solve their manpower problem, reducing material wastage, shorten working time and hence cut cost substantially.

Machine Functionalities

  1. The Mixer - mixes sand and cement with addition of water in either anticlockwise or clockwise motion, ensuring the finest mix of the materials.
  2. The Square Hopper and vibrator - ensures separation of unwanted materials from the mixture.
  3. The Main Pump - pumps the processed mortar to designated worksites above ground.

Our machines is designed with sufficient power to be pumped fast and effortlessly to any worksite with up to 75M high and distance of 120M with output 2 - 3m³ per hour. This is significantly reducing problems in machinery maintenance and manpower issues. This is also reduce haulage time, less backbreaking work as well as saving in project times.

Traditional vs Mechanised Method

Traditional Method

By using traditional method, the mortar mixing process have to be done on the ground level. After that delivery to the designated place by using lifting machine, then sent to the worksites by trolley. The whole process is time consuming, fatigue low efficiency and even the additional cost.

Mechanised Method

Using latest technology of mechanised method, the mortar pump is easy to operate at any construction site.
After the mixing, auto stirring and filtering, the processed mortar is ready to delivery to designated work sites. Overall progress is fater, high eficiency, good quality control and safety.
